Get into the Holiday Spirit with 5 Wonderful Audiobooks

Do you know how I feel about audiobooks? Audiobooks are an essential part of our morning routine and likewise, our entire homeschool day. Honestly, they’re crucial to our year. Seasonal audiobooks create a sense of nostalgia, kind of like watching a movie but we look at each other during the exciting or scary parts instead of the screen. Our Winter Audiobook Playlist below will get you in the Christmas spirit. We come back to these books every festive season as we prepare for Christmas. They’re tried and tested, and my family highly recommends each one.

How to listen

Whether you listen as you bake cookies, write Christmas cards, build your gingerbread house, or drive to grandma’s house, there are audiobook streaming options.
For instance, if you have a library card check out audiobooks from your local library system with the Libby app by Overdrive.
In addition, an Audible subscription is great if you love audiobooks and regularly listen. You get one credit each month and a discount on additional downloads. Share the love and gift a subscription, then thank me later for the idea.
